Group Leader Resources

All leaders must sign off on the CRC Groups Policy each session year of Groups Ministry. The signature page is part of the Group Leader Application and Group Leader Renewal forms. 

The Group Leader Application must be filled out initially for all group leaders. In subsequent years, the simplified Group Leader Renewal Form is required. 

Each group will turn in a Group Proposal Form prior to the start of each group session. These proposals are due prior to the Group Launch Day that year.
